We’re looking for a connector capable of leading our climate community–someone who can identify the many opportunities to bring the right people together.

This role is the connective tissue of the 9Zero ecosystem. We're looking for a community leader who understands that great communities don't emerge by accident. You bring both the strategic framework and the human touch to design an ecosystem where members do their best work, forge their most important relationships, and keep coming back. At the same time, you’ll help maintain the physical space where this community exists, ensuring members and guests have an exceptional experience every day.

Your impact

Create an environment where members are deeply connected and supported, and where guests immediately understand the value of becoming part of the 9Zero community. Own the health of the 9Zero community and set the vision for how members connect and how the 9Zero experience evolves over time.

You’ll do this by

• Deeply understanding the science of building community. You’ll push 9Zero forward, bringing an enormous curiosity about topics like shared community identity, rituals, testimony and belonging.
• Acting as the community's chief connector by making thoughtful, high-signal introductions and designing programming that creates the conditions for meaningful relationships to form.
• Building strong relationships with members and developing a deep understanding of their work, goals, and challenges.
• Operating with ambition and hunger, identifying opportunities for collaboration and helping solve gaps in the ecosystem.
• Setting the strategic direction for engagement, programming and events, bringing creative ideas to the team and owning execution end-to-end.
• Leading hospitality and day-to-day operations of the space–opening the hub, welcoming members and guests, maintaining shared spaces, and leading events.
• Working closely with the 9Zero team on operations, sales, and marketing, while proactively identifying ways to strengthen the community and improve the member experience.

You’re a great fit if you

• Are a natural connector who loves bringing people together, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience in hospitality, community-building, or relationship-driven roles. Bonus points for experience in the service industry, direct sales and/or events.
• Are proactive and relentlessly curious about the climate ecosystem.
• Can balance community-building with hands-on operational work.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where things evolve quickly.
• Take initiative without waiting for direction. You see opportunities before others do and move quickly to create value for the community.
